It all began with a seed, not the kind you bury in soil, but one sown in the fertile ground of vision and leadership. Today, I witnessed the groundbreaking ceremony of the Zummratul Islamiyah Smart Primary School by Honourable Hammed Olalekan Aroyewun, Executive Chairman of Igbogbo/Baiyeku LCDA.

With 30 classrooms, a robust ICT centre equipped with 200 computer systems, a football pitch, and other modern amenities, this Smart School is set to redefine learning in Ikorodu Division. It is a bold answer to the pressing need for more public primary schools that match the ever-growing population of pupils in the division. It is a promise that every child will have access to quality education in an environment designed to inspire.

On behalf of the Education family in Ikorodu Division, I extend heartfelt appreciation to the Executive Chairman for this laudable project. His foresight and dedication will echo through classrooms, computer labs, and playgrounds, shaping the future of countless children. Thank you for planting a seed that will blossom into generations of empowered minds.

Alhaji Taiwo Abiodun Odumbo

Education Secretary, LGEA, Ikorodu.
