Today’s Placement Examination in Ikorodu was a remarkable success. As Education Secretary of LGEA Ikorodu, I was intentional in my oversight, ensuring that every centre operated smoothly and that the process reflected our collective commitment to excellence in education.

My monitoring exercise was not a passive duty, rather it was deliberate and hands-on. I moved across all centres, paying close attention to details that could affect the integrity of the examination. This intentional presence underscored my resolve to guarantee a hitch-free process for our pupils.

From mobilisation logistics to the distribution of examination materials at the Collection Centre, African Bethel Primary School, Ikorodu, every step was carefully managed. This ensured that centres were adequately equipped and that no pupil was disadvantaged due to logistical lapses.

I was privileged to carry out this responsibility alongside Mrs. Mustapha W., Head of Section, School Support Services, LGEA, Ikorodu. Together with her officers, who were stationed and seconded to various centres, School Managers, Teaching and Non-teaching staff of these schools, we supervised and supported the smooth conduct of the examination. Their dedication and professionalism were pivotal to the day’s success.

Beyond deploying officers, I personally moved around some centres twice; in the morning to monitor the commencement and in the afternoon to oversee the conclusion. This dual-round monitoring reinforced our vigilance and ensured that the process remained seamless from start to finish.

At the heart of all these efforts are the pupils. I wholeheartedly wish them success in their examinations. Their hard work, preparation, and resilience deserve to be rewarded, and I am confident they will achieve outstanding results.
